We deliver to major cities and towns across Pakistan. Remote areas may take additional time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Weekend orders may be processed on the next working day.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information through WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Received a Damaged Package?
Please check your package at the time of delivery. If it is damaged, take photos or a video and contact our customer support team within 24 hours along with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
